Parking wasn’t the best for a big SUV. Very tight for a single vehicle. But the cabin was great. Clean, looked just the pics. Hot tub was outstanding, clean water and no scum. Everything worked with no problems. The fire place was nice after a hot tub soak. Only thing that could be better would be a really big tv but every single cabin you stay at has that problem. But overall very nice place, clean, quiet and great peps to deal with. Love the funny videos you send.

The staff was amazing - warm, welcoming and friendly. We had a concern with access in the cabin driveway and it was taken care of very quickly. The cabin was clean and had all the promised amenities. The best part - a mama bear and her two babies came out of the woods to grab some walnuts for breakfast.

The cabin was great! Perfect size and nice and clean. The light in the master bedroom did not work. It would turn on and then immediately turn off but we had lamps we could use so it wasn’t an issue for us. I also tried to get coupons from xplorie and it said three times that they were emailed but I never received them. Also not a big deal for us but I’m sure if we had needed them to enjoy our trip we could have called and gotten it sorted out. We love Autie Belham’s and have already recommended y’all to some friends that stayed elsewhere. Loved the Christmas decor and the easy to use fireplace and hot tub.

Our stay with Auntie Belhams, in the “Hill Side Haven” was fantastic! The cabin was clean, smelt fresh, and provided a full kitchen and grill which made cooking meal a breeze. We enjoyed the secluded atmosphere while sitting outside enjoying nature on the wrap around deck. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the place- super clean and cozy. Our one complaint was the hound dog that lives in the neighborhood that barked incessantly all. Night.Long. My poor husband slept one night- and that was with the bathroom fan running, the ceiling fan running, and music playing on our phones at maximum capacity. I know you can’t control that.

This was the perfect cabin for our little family of three and our two little dogs. Check in was super easy and our communication with the host/team was great! We had some minor issues with the pull out bed, but they fixed it right away! I made sure to pack a lot of essentials since I knew they only covered some of the basic needs and my family would be there for a week, but I was still so impressed with what was included!! The kitchen has most of the equipment I needed to make Thanksgiving meal! The only thing I brought special was a large disposable pan for my prime rib (don't hate me for not eating turkey...), and my waffle iron. They supplied tons of dishwasher pods and dish soap. I am glad I brought extra toilet paper, hand soup (I'm high maintenance and like the stuff from bath & body works over the bar soap they provided) , extra paper towels, and of course our own toiletries and groceries. It definitely made it feel like home. The cabin was decorated for Christmas! :) It was seriously the best and coziest place to be for Thanksgiving. Obviously, this wouldn't be the case year round, but it was such a pleasant surprise, especially having a little tree right next to the fireplace - I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie. Location was great! It was far enough from the tourist stuff that it was peaceful at night. It was about a 15-20 minute drive to Dollywood, 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and just a 5-10 minute drive to any of the cute shopping in Gatlinburg. We also made the drive out to Cades Cover - about 1 hour - TOTALLY worth it. :) Keep in mind, it is very much up a hill/mountain. This Florida girl made sure to have her brake on every night since I was worried how steep the driveway was, but it seems to be the norm for many of the locals. It was was super dark in the woods around us. There was a lot of lighting on the porch and a security/sensor light, but as a rule, we kept to the cabin once it was dark since we new there was a lot of wildlife out around. Be sure to take advantage of the deals they partner with Xplore! We got a free ticket to Dollywood and discounts on meals while there. Overall, we would totally stay here again. :) Thank you Auntie Belhams for helping us have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!

My husband and I just stayed at the hillside Haven for 4 days we had a wonderful time the driveway was not near as bad as I thought it would be the cabin was gorgeous on the inside it was clean the bed was extremely comfortable all the necessities that we would need for a week's vacation the only thing I would semi complain about was the hot tub the knob was broke off so we were unable to adjust the heat. Overall it was a excellent experience and we will definitely be back!

The cabin was great! It was clean upon arrival and was secluded. Auntie Belhams was quick responding. They also provide you with a website that has all the information you need for checking in and out, restaurants, bars, and they give you 1 free ticket a day for certain parks and activities. 4.5 Only really taking the half point off because the first night we went to shower & the faucet had H on the left and C on the right so we turned it all the way left & the water was not getting warm. FANTASTIC customer service though. I emailed your office late Friday night, knowing i wouldn't receive a response until after 9am. I got an email back at 9:15 & less than an hour later one of your employees stopped by to take a look at it. He informed us that as soon as you turned it on, it was hot water & if you turned it to the H it was all the way cold. Wish that was fixed/changed or at least included in the information about the cabin, only because it was a major inconvenience for the first night. But it kind of worked out in our favor, as it was the morning it had been snowing & the employee that came to look at the shower was so kind as to offer to shovel the stairs on the porch & a path on driveway & laid salt down for us. Besides that experience, the only other minor detail that stuck out was in the Check Out List it mentioned putting any dirty dishes in the dishwasher & starting it before leaving, but our cabin did not have any dishwashing detergent/pods for the dishwasher; it only had sink dishwashing soap. Overall though, we absolutely loved this cabin. It was perfectly located, completely quiet area. The gas fire place and hot tub were both huge bonuses. The king size bed was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.!!! And the discount deals that we got booking through Auntie Belham's were wonderful, we got a free adult ticket to both the Titanic Museum & the East Alcatrez Crime Museum. The best vacation experience in a long time. Will definitely becoming back to this area ASAP & definitely booking through you guys again!

Check in/out went great. Cabin was very well maintained and clean. I wish the hot tub would have heated up just bit more and jets a little stronger but it was clean and we still enjoyed it every evening. The road to driveway could use a little work. And the driveway, well I hope you don’t have a BIG TRUCK as for you don’t have much room at the top to park and get turned around. I think it needs to be mentioned in details about the steep Driveway and small area to park and turn around. Wasn’t a big issue with us only because we have lived in Gatlinburg and I was a cabin cleaner so I was aware of how a driveway can be but inexperienced person may not like it. I would definitely rent this cabin again and/or refer company to friends! Seems to be an area with little to no bear activity. That to me personally is a disappointment, lol.

We enjoyed our stay as always but this time the cabin was not as clean a lot of dust and cobwebs .... the shower was hard to turn off and leaked all over the bathroom floor until we figured out just the right position to get the water to turn off..... and there were tons of centipedes everywhere spent a lot of time cleaning them up they blend in with the carpet very well....

We found the facility to be all you presented it to be and more, the privacy was nice, once we found the way to Gatlinburg we were able to find our way around much easier. We do plan to return next fall and plan to use your co. for that trip, the only complaint I can register seems petty but when stock the bathrooms you might consider spending more than a dime a roll on toilet paper

We loved the convient location of this cabin to town. Not the best view, and some minor updates are needed. The pull out couch is less than one would expect. And the hot tub should be noted better as being a two person tub. When you’re expecting a 4 person tub, that’s a big let down. Regardless we enjoyed our stay and will return to the area, just not this cabin.

Everything was great except three things.1) we were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days. We had to go buy more. 2) we were in a pet friendly cabin (we paid our pet fee for our dog) but yet there was no room what so ever for my dog to walk and use the restroom. The only thing I would suggest is at least 4 rolls of toilet paper for a week, and make sure the pet friendly cabins actually have at least a little yard for dogs to walk. And 3) even tho we loved our cabin, I do feel that it was alittle over priced for what we thought it was (no yard for my dog, and our last cabin rental gave us much more coupons and even 6 free parking tickets) Other then that, cabin was great! Clean, very lovely cabin. Hot tub was amazing, clean sheets and carpet. We will definitely keep y’all in mind for our cabin next year!

Check in is always smooth. Hillside Haven was perfect for our quiet time as we do not enjoy the carnival atmosphere on the strip in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It is our new favorite cabin. Maintenance needs handled quickly and professionally. Auntie Belham's is the best and only choice we use for cabin rentals in the area.

Our first time staying with you was wonderful. Would stay with you again. Our cabin "Hillside Haven" was very nice, but all faucets leaked and kitchen was lacking of cooking utensils, plates, glassware. Bathroom lacking a shelve to set personal items. Over all loved the cabin and would stay there again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The cabin was easy to find with the maps provided. I felt the pet fee was a little high. The hot tub was too hot with no way to adjust. It was an easy ride to Gatlinburg and I liked the privacy of where the cabin was located.

We stayed in Hillside Haven. It was exactly what I expected. No surprises at all. We only had a problem was with the hot tub, made a call to the office and it was fixed that same day. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Tennessee!

Nice cabin just a few issues. 1) the chair in the bedroom had a broken leg 2) no heat control on the hot tub and was too hot to enter 3) ceiling fans were laud. Please understand we have stayed with you several times in the past and plan on coming back as soon as we can. We Love Auntie Belhams!!!!

This was our first time in the Gatlinburg Pigeon Forge area... we had no clue all that surrounded us! The location of our cabin was absolutely perfect. The cabin itself had everything we needed and the activities were explained to us and the people were so friendly helping us find affordable family things to do! We loved our stay!!!

everything was as described. I would have liked to have a spatula as part of the kitchen utensils. I had to reset the breaker on the hot tub once, but after that it seemed to work OK.

Booking was easy and all staff were very friendly. Hillside Haven cabin was great, good location, fairly close to town but a quiet area. It was clean, everything was working great amd we really enjoyed it! So glad taut you allow pets at some of your cabins! We would stay with Auntie Belham's and at Hillside Haven again!

The customer service from Auntie Belham's employees was outstanding! They were very helpful and informative as well as very courteous. The directions I was given both to the rental office, and the cabin were precise and easy to follow. The cabin was very nice! It was clean and very roomy. The pull out sofa bed needed some upgrading. As a sofa it was great, but the pull out sleeper was not so great. The mattress was paper thin and saggy. I realize most people probably use this bed for children, but it's definitely not comfortable for adults.

For the price, there was zero view. There was a birds nest on the deck with baby birds and bird poo everywhere. Bed needs upgrade. Very clean and quiet!! Nice cabin.

We rated Auntie Belhams a 10. We took advantage of the free ticket to the aquarium. We found the free amenity program to be valuable, it was like a bonus but I did not feel pressured to use it and was nice to have. It was our first trip to Gatlinburg and we had an excellent experience with Auntie Belhams. We would definitely consider booking again with you before looking at other web sites. Thank you!

For a last minute reservation Rhonda was very helpful - the cabin was roomy enough, and very clean - was a bit freaked about the driveway when we slipped on the moss, but that can't be helped with the tree canopy - it just worried me every time we had to go in or out - cable tv in the amenities listing, while true, is not exactly what we got - kind of disappointing and worrisome as we could not get the weather news... I would fix the amenities to say limited cable tv - had to keep 'going down the mountain' to make plans (the location isn't techno-friendly) I did like the lockbox on the cabin though... made it simple to enter/leave at start/end of our stay!

Cabin was great. The value was fantastic. Only two issues....neighbors dog barked all night every night. Hard to sleep. Kitchen wasn't stocked very well. Only one small skillet. No measuring cups or spoons.
