Our family of 6 loved this cabin! It had the feeling of being in the mountains and more remote while still being just 15 minutes from the activities in town. The driveway was steep but our rental car handled it fine. Lots of roads are steep in the mountains and that is to be expected. It was very comfortable and loved that each of our kids got to have a bed - no one had to sleep on a pull out couch. It was a perk to have two bathrooms and two showers at the end of the day. Our favorite part was probably the hot tub on the deck. It was certainly relaxing after so much hiking. Highly recommended, we would stay here again!

We had a wonderful family vacation staying here! The house was everything it was supposed to be. One drawback would be that extremely steep driveway with older guests it does provide a challenge with unloading your car. We would definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing place to stay. If you plan on using the lower level be ready to go up a really skinny twirly staircase we didn’t love having to go up and down that especially if you had little children The main bathroom was great amazing kitchen loved the hot tub great views just didn’t love the roads there as they have no guard rail and are single lane roads most of the time which was Special… We never drove there in the dark but we made it work. Perfect location close to everything We loved going to Townsend national parks caverns etc… The beds were all great but if you have to use the sleeper bed in living room it’s super not comfy at all otherwise everything is great

Over the top great customer service...from booking to check-in to check-out. I had a question withe the dishwasher and maintenance came by quickly to make sure we were taken care of. Could not be more impressed with the AB Team. The cabin itself was immaculate and more than stocked for our needs away from home. The only thing We didn’t care much for was the steepness of the driveway. Other than that you did a great job. Kudos to the staff at your main rental, they were very pleasant and helpful.

When I originally called Mary recommended look at mountain treasures cabin, I ended up booking it for 4 nights. This was the first time using Auntie Belham's and we were very pleased, the cabin was exceptionally clean (and I am very very picky about that). There was 3 of us 2 adults and 1 teenage and we loved the cabin. Now the driveway is steep (we live in WV so steep is a norm for us.) But it was even difficult for us in a crew cab truck trying to pull up the hill and getting turned around is very tricky unless you want to back down the hill into the road and the driveway is right at a curve so you can't see very far but it is not an extremely busy road. I would highly suggest parking in the gravel at the bottom left. As far as the cabin went we loved it the beds are extremely comfortable the kitchen was well stocked with everything BUT a liquid measuring cup but that wasn't a biggie though. This was the first cabin that I had stayed in that offered throw blankets to use. Now the steps going down stairs are a little tight and you will have to cut the heaters on downstairs for it to get warm and stay warm but after about 30 minutes it was warm enough to play the games down there and there is plenty of them to play. The TV in the master bedroom is a smart TV( not sure about the one down stairs or in the other bedroom) and the internet seems to be pretty good too. It did snow a little while we where there and the steps were a little slick. We would/will book another stay and mountain treasures and Auntie Belham's again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary trip to Mountain Treasure! Check in & booking was easy & staff was very kind. Mountain Treasure is a beautiful cabin & had everything we needed. Per other reviews, we were concerned about the driveway but it wasn’t a problem for us. Possibly if there are wet leaves or winters weather it could be slippery, but it was easy to manage for us in a car. The cabin was in a perfect location just a few minutes between Gatlinburg & pigeon Forge.

Everything was as expected and matched the pictures and all descriptions. It was raining when we arrived and the roof was leaking a bit in the living room but nothing a towel and bowl couldn’t solve (and a call to the office). The spiral staircase is a tight squeeze for an adult to get down and the shuffle board table was not level and made play impossible but we didn’t need that area so it didn’t make or break our experience. Check-in and out was easy and painless. We would return again!

Everyone at Auntie Belhams was very friendly and helpful. Our cabin Mountain Treasure was real nice. The only downfall was the driveway. We were advised that it was steep, but didn't realize just how steep it was. We had an F-350 truck which was able to climb the drive but it still was scary. I do advise this cabin is not for folks who have difficulty walking or getting in and out of a vehicle, due to the nature of how the vehicle has to be parked in the driveway. We also had spiders who loved to weave their webs on the staircase going up to the door, so each time we left to go anywhere we would take the broom with us to "sweep" the area of the stairs so we didn't get caught up in them. It wasn't a deal breaker just annoying. A full length mirror in the cabin would have been nice, The boys loved the finished basement where they were able to hang out and sleep. The Explorie discount card was okay, we were able to get a free ice cream and a free dinner show ticket with it, but the choices are pretty limited. We weren't going to a dinner show every night or eating ice cream every night. We did try to rent movies but were not able to, as the machine where you get them malfunctioned, but again not a deal breaker. I would rent again from Auntie Belham's .

Absolutely loved the Mountain Treasure. Only negative issue is all the steps. We have health issues & have trouble climbing a lot of steps. The inside spiral staircase was a definite negative for us but my daughter used it. I do have to admit I booked this cabin specifically for the design with all the windows, vaulted ceiling & the A frame log house style. My husband & I absolutely loved it. I’d come back & stay in a heart beat & would love to make it a Christmas tradition but would LOVE to have more of a walk up style/ wheelchair style walkway if possible. We wouldn’t need the downstairs except for my daughter & her kids but they are young. But overall thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved all the modem new touches. A lot better than home for sure. Will most likely book again. Thanks so much!

Just a few complaints. Not enough toilet paper. No dishwashing liquid. The steepness of the driveway should be addressed more specifically. Just saying it is steep is not enough. Everything there is steep. It is like a black diamond ski hill. The cabin was perfect for our needs and auntie belham is user friendly. We would stay again but probably not that cabin because of the parking situation.

This was the first timemail my family and I vacationed in the mountains. We did a short trip because we didn't know what to expect. We loved it and wished that our stay was longer. The cabin was great and very spacious. We will visit again.

Customer service was great. The cabin itself was nice. I didn't care for the stairs going down to the basement and the pool table was kind of old and rickety. It would have been nice to play darts as well, part of the board is broken. It should probably just be taken down, gives a bad appearance. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit!

The service desk was very informative, helpful and accomodating. Mountain Treasures cabin was exceptionally nice. The location was great for Dollywood and other attractions. The only bad thing about the cabin was the basement isn't adequately heated. The people that tried to sleep down there in the bunk beds ended up in the floor of the den.

Mountain Treasure is a beautiful cabin!! We had such a nice time staying there. It was stocked with plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The only thing that we didn't like was the steep driveway, but that was to be expected. A four-wheel drive is definitely a must! We didn't have any problems our entire stay! We can't wait to come back and try out a third cabin!!!

Mountain Treasure was a beautiful cabin with wonderful amenities. WE enjoyed the view through the windows. It is a very well stocked cabin compared especially when compared to our first cabin stay. There were plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Choice of Keurig or automatic drip coffee pot. The Chromecast not he TV was an unexpected bonus though we were disappointed to find no DVD player in the living area where we had planned to watch movies that we brought. Staff at check-in were helpful and friendly. We would stay at this cabin again. We really enjoyed ourselves.

My experience renting with Auntie Belham's was so much better than others I have had! The level of service was far superior in everything from the allowance that was made for us to change weekends (without travel insurance) when I came down with the flu.... to the check in process which was a breeze compared with standing in long lines (which I have done with other rental agencies).... to the check out experience which included a lock box to leave keys so no trip back to rental office needed! Directions to our cabin were excellent and all amenities were as described. I would highly recommend Auntie Belham's to anyone looking to rent a cabin in this area!

Cabin was great and was furnished wonderfully (furniture wise and kitchen supply wise). The drive way was a little difficult to maneuver but we did figure it out eventually but some tips or instructions at check-in would have been handy. I also enjoyed that Auntie Belhams called to check in on how everything was the second day of the trip! Also a specific list of what was included in the starter pack of paper products and garbage bags would have been helpful I ended up purchasing paper towels toilet paper and extra trash bags that weren't needed (we only stayed 4 days, so the stuff that was there was plenty). The explore card was great too we took advantage of the Hatfield show and the Mamas farmhouse and loved both of them!

We very much enjoyed relaxing in the cabin and it had great amenities!There were several maintenance issues (no heat on lower level, fire place stopped working, burner on stove didn't work) BUT the staff was friendly and VERY prompt in addressing and fixing these issues.

The cabin was nice, same as all the AB cabins we have been in. However this cabin had a camera over the hot tub so we didn't feel good about using it, in fact we really couldn't enjoy the porch thinking somebody somewhere was watching. I'm seeing more of these cameras on your cabins and it really goes against the main reason we go to cabins opposed to hotels and suites, that is privacy. I'm sure there is a good policy for the owners being able to use them and if so it would be good to let the renters know why the cameras are there, where they are, when they will be viewed and by who. It is like getting a hotel room with a camera in it. In the future we will not rent cabins with cameras so we will ask first. Not that we are doing anything but I would like to enjoy my stay in privacy without thinking someone else was watching us. Other than that we will continue to use AB for cabin rentals until there are just too many cameras. AB provides the best as far as we are concerned and really liked the new policy of calling to checkout. Good move!

Easy reservation and check in-would be nice to have the option to not have to go to the main office and be able to do my email. Cabin was clean and better equipped than others I have stayed in. Would like a better map of the area so we would better know how to get to other areas from our cabin-ie Arts and Crafts district without going all the way down to main road through Gatlinburg.

Everything was great except for the driveway up to the cabin (we did it though) Also, when I pulled the comforter down ( in the main bedroom) it had a few liquid ? spots on it. We loved the cabin other than that and would come again and hope there would not be any spots on the reverse side of the comforter

First class service! 3rd time staying with auntie Belhams and it wasn't the last! Great weekend of R&R! Only complaint of the stay was the last night we ran a load of dishes and the dishwasher was leaking ! Nobody wants to wash dishes on their vacation! Other than that we had a blast

Rental office was nice and check-in went smoothly and the people were friendly and helpful. Directions to cabin was accurate. Callback from office the next day was a nice touch. The cabin we rented was Mountain Treasure. As far as the cabin itself, it exceeded expectations! All amenities of home, plus more. There are some minor issues with the cabin, such as the driveway, top step of the deck is slanted and access to game room, but other than that, it truly was a treasure. We had a great time in the area and plan to come back soon.

Lumberjack Feud, Zip lining, and WonderWorks were our favorite attractions on the Free Amenities Program. We loved this cabin better than the last one but didn't care for narrow, spiral staircase. Otherwise, another winning vacation thanks to Auntie Belham's!
