Park Explorer is a comfy 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath property located in Pigeon Forge and situated in a nice neighborhood of both residential and vacation rental properties. Park Explorer has a nice size living area complete with a gas fireplace, a dining area for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a covered back deck with a hot tub, table and chairs, ceiling fan and a gas grill.
Each bedroom has a flat screen TV’s; and King Size Beds. The two Full Bathrooms are both equipped with Jacuzzi tubs.
Park Explorer is a Pet Friendly Property and the neighborhood is great for walking your furry, family member. The Park Explorer is in a great location just minutes from the main Parkway and all of the attractions and restaurants Pigeon Forge has to offer. There is also a common Pavilion area that can be used. There is parking for two large vehicles or three smaller ones.
No Smoking inside, of any kind. Guests can smoke outside, where ash cans are available on decks and porches. Please DO NOT litter butts on property, this is a huge fire hazard.
We welcome your dogs, but please see pet restrictions/policies and be sure to register and pay for your dog when placing your reservation. Guests must clean up after their dogs, including outdoors, to avoid an additional cleaning fee.

● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent

you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen
exchange.
