Park Explorer is a dog friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home just minutes away from the Pigeon Forge Parkway! With flat, easy roads all the way to the home and a walkable neighborhood, it’s a great option for families that brought their furry friend with them. Park Explorer has king beds and TVs in every bedroom, a relaxing hot tub with an outdoor TV on the deck, and a gas grill waiting for you- it’s a perfect home for your Smoky Mountain vacation if you’re seeking comfort and convenience!

No Smoking inside, of any kind. Guests can smoke outside, where ash cans are available on decks and porches. Please DO NOT litter butts on property, this is a huge fire hazard.
We welcome your dogs, but please see pet restrictions/policies and be sure to register and pay for your dog when placing your reservation. Guests must clean up after their dogs, including outdoors, to avoid an additional cleaning fee.

STARTER KIT AT CABIN INCLUDES:
● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
● NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen exchange.
